If you are unsatisfied with the goods received, you can return them within 5 days of receipt and get your money back. All return packages must be in the original packaging together with a copy of the invoice. The reason for the return of the goods must be mentioned by the customer.

• If you have placed a cod order, the amount can be refunded either in the form of Cashback into your bank account. If you opt for a cashback into your wallet, entire order amount including the freight charges will be refunded back to you and similarly if you opt for a refund into your back account, only the product amount will be refunded back.
• If the payment is prepaid, the refund shall be directly credited into your source account excluding the freight charges.
• If the payment has been made using a credit issued outside India, the refund will be subject to the applicable foreign exchange regulations. The gain or loss on account of fluctuation of currencies shall be to the customer's account.
• It takes 5-7 working days for all the refunds to be processed after the parcel is received back at our warehouse
• Returns/exchange can be done only once. In case you wish to return or exchanged product, you will have to bear the pickup and dispatch charges.

For returns, the item cost will be refunded but not the original shipping. All returns must be unused and in original condition.
